Is this supposed to remove blackheads? Or is it for dead skin only?

Microdermabrasions are designed to remove dead skin cells, which will ultimately unclog black heads. But it is not designed to remove them per se.

How long after microdermabrasion with this can one put makeup on?

I usually do it at night. When I have used it, I put on some wrinkle cream about 5 minutes and then I wait another 5 for the makeup. Hope this helps
